WELCOME

I'm Heather, an NHS midwife and antenatal educator. Whilst caring for families through their birth journeys, I've noticed that many antenatal classes are not providing practical information, often leaving questions such as 'How do I know if my waters have broken?' and 'How do I know when I'm in labour?' unanswered. 

As a result, Antenatal 101 has been developed to provide realistic, practical antenatal education, giving you the knowledge you need for your labour and birth journey. 

Our classes are run on zoom and work around busy lives. With an informal and friendly atmosphere cameras can be on or off - it's up to you!
